Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated, confident, and results-oriented female Account Executive to identify new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

3. Manage client accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.

4. Prepare sales proposals, quotations, presentations, and reports.

5. Follow up on leads, client inquiries, and sales opportunities.

6. Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals.

7. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

8. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

9. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and account performance.     

Qualifications and Requirements

●      Female candidates with a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

●      Relevant experience in sales, account management, or business development is an advantage.

●      Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

●      Excellent client relationship management and presentation skills.

●      Ability to identify sales opportunities, meet targets, and work independently.

●      Good organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
