Position: Advisor
Purpose
Provide clinical and operational advice to strengthen the quality, safety and readiness of Tedla's ambulance and emergency medical services.
Key Responsibilities
Advise management and crews on emergency and critical care practice and protocols.
Support patient safety, infection prevention and quality of care on every dispatch.
Guide, train and mentor ambulance crew members.
Review incidents and recommend corrective actions.
Contribute to compliance with applicable health regulations and standards.
Required Qualifications
Education in one of the following: Emergency and Critical Care Nursing, Emergency Nursing, or Anesthesia.
Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience. (mandatory)
Must have a valid professional license.
Clearance letter from most recent employer (mandatory).
