MBH Travel and Technology is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Air Ticketing Agent with 1–2 years of relevant experience to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle flight reservations, ticket issuance, rebooking, cancellations, and refunds.

  • Operate Galileo GDS (Travelport) or other airline reservation systems.

  • Manage hotel bookings and provide travel-related services.

  • Assist clients with fares, itineraries, and travel requirements.

  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain accurate booking records.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in air ticketing and reservations.

  • Practical knowledge of Galileo GDS.

  • Knowledge of hotel booking systems and online booking platforms.

  • Good communication, customer service, and organizational skills.

  • Diploma or degree in Tourism, Travel Management, or a related field is an advantage.
