Position: Interior Designer / Architect
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and motivated Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about design and able to take projects from concept development through execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop innovative and functional designs for residential and commercial spaces.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project requirements.
• Prepare architectural plans, elevations, details, and technical drawings.
• Conduct site assessments and coordinate with project teams.
• Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures within project budgets.
• Prepare and present design concepts using sketches, 3D models, and visual presentations.
• Keep up to date with current design trends, materials, and technologies.
Required Skills
• Proficiency in, Revit, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, and D5 Render or similar SketchUp, CAD/design software.
• Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, and D5 Render is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
• Good understanding of building codes, safety standards, and sustainable design principles.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience in project management and construction processes is an advantage.
• Professional certification is an advantage but not mandatory.
