We are seeking qualified and experienced One (1) Architects (Intermediate Level) to lead and manage construction supervision activities on-site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the project is executed according to design, specifications, quality standards, and contract requirements.

Position Title: One (1) Architects (Intermediate Level)

Location: Project Site.

Employment Type: Not Full-Time

Experience Required: Minimum three (3) years of relevant professional experience in an architectural consulting firm, with demonstrated capacity and experience in interior design.

Salary: Negotiable

Key Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual, schematic, preliminary, and detailed architectural designs under the guidance of the Senior Architect.
• Prepare and update architectural drawings, layouts, elevations, sections, details, and specifications.
• Develop interior design concepts, space planning, furniture layouts, material selections, and interior details as required.
• Prepare 3D models, renderings, presentations, and visualizations to communicate design proposals.
• Use BIM software such as Revit for architectural modeling, documentation, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Coordinate architectural designs with structural, electrical, sanitary, mechanical, and other engineering disciplines.
• Assist in preparing BOQs, cost estimates, specifications, and tender documents for architectural works.
• Ensure architectural deliverables meet required quality, accuracy, and project schedules.
• Perform other architectural duties assigned by the Senior Architect or Project Manager.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (BSc/B.Arch) in Architecture or a related field from a recognized university.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in an architectural consulting firm.
• Practical knowledge and experience in architectural design, interior design, and space planning.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit/BIM software for architectural modeling and documentation.
• Knowledge of SketchUp, 3D visualization, rendering, and presentation software is an advantage.
• Good understanding of building codes, standards, construction materials, architectural detailing, and construction methods.
• Ability to coordinate architectural designs with structural, electrical, sanitary, mechanical, and other disciplines.
• Knowledge of BIM-based design coordination and multidisciplinary model integration is an advantage.
• Relevant professional registration, certification, or membership in a recognized professional association is an advantage.
