• Listing summary: National Aviation College, a private higher education institute in Ethiopia, is seeking qualified candidates for the Assistant Professor position in its Department of Avionics and Electronics Engineering. National Aviation College is an authorized private higher education institute that is engaged in the provision of aviation related college programs. Further, with the authorization of the FDRE Education and Training Authority (ETA), the college provides different undergraduate, post graduate and distance learning Programs in Accounting and Finance, Marketing Management, Hotel Management, Aviation Management, Pharmacy and Comprehensive Nursing. Moreover, in addition to Degree program TVET program includes Accounting and Finance, front office, hard ware and networking service, Marketing sales management, Pharmacy and Comprehensive Nursing. Currently, the College is seeking to fill the different position with competent and energetic individual on permanent condition to expand its program and upgrade itself to National Aero Space University.

• In accordance with the Domestic Teachers Recruitment and Employment Implementation Guideline issued by the Ministry of Education of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, applicants for the Lecturer position must meet the following requirements, particularly applicants with a Master’s degree.

• Male applicants: A Master’s degree CGPA of 3.50 or above and a Bachelor’s degree CGPA of 3.00 or above.

• Female applicants: A Master’s degree CGPA of 3.35 or above and a Bachelor’s degree CGPA of 2.75 or above.

• The applicant’s Master’s thesis must have a grade of B+ or Very Good and above.

• Applicants with disabilities: A Master’s degree CGPA of 3.15 or above and a Bachelor’s degree CGPA of 2.50 or above.

• Applicants who are indigenous people from developing regions and pastoralist areas: A Master’s degree CGPA of 3.15 or above and a Bachelor’s degree CGPA of 2.50 or above.

• Applicants who completed their education abroad are required to submit an equivalency/credential evaluation document issued by an authorized body.

• Applicants competing for the Lecturer position must have completed postgraduate education with a minimum duration of two years, and their age must not exceed 45 years.

• Applicants are required to submit educational credentials directly relevant to the field of study/discipline for which they are applying.
