• Listing summary: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or relative filed of study with relevant work experience out of with 10 years Experience —including 3–5 years in a managerial role—and be proficient in budgeting, forecasting, and advanced spreadsheet use. IFRS certification is advantageous.

• Accuracy and timeliness of cost reports and forecasts.
• Identification and follow-up of material budget variances.

What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities:

Task Breakdown:

• Lead budgeting, cost planning, forecasting, and financial performance monitoring.
• Coordinate annual and project budgets with departments and project teams.
• Analyze cost variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare management reports and support cost-control policies.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

Years of Experience: 10 years Experience

Relevant Experience:

• 3–5 years in a managerial role in construction Company
• Substantial experience in budgeting, cost management, and financial analysis, preferably in construction.

Skills:

Technical Skills: Budgeting and forecasting; cost analysis; financial reporting; advanced spreadsheet and financial-system skills

Soft Skills: analytical thinking; leadership; communication and coordination.

Education & Certifications

Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance

Certifications: IFRS certification is an advantage.
