Liv Estetik, a hair transplant and skincare center is hiring a call center agent to join our team!

Accountable To: Marketing and customer service manager

Educational Background:

· BA degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

· Additional certifications in customer service, sales, or relevant health and wellness fields are a plus.

· Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

• Provide accurate information about our service

• Assist customers in connecting with the right professionals for their needs.

• Resolve customer issues, complaints, or concerns professionally and promptly.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Track and report sales performance and provide market feedback to enhance services.

• Follow up on customer and provider inquiries to ensure timely resolution.

• Prior experience in a call center or customer service role preferred.

· Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Language Proficiency:

• Fluency in Amharic and English, knowing other Ethiopian language is a plus.
