• Listing summary: The Center Director will lead the Glow Aesthetic & Anti-Aging Training Center, overseeing all operational, academic and clinical aspects of the training programs. The role requires strategic planning, curriculum development, quality assurance and compliance with national health regulations to deliver high‑standard aesthetic and anti‑aging education. Candidates must hold a medical degree, preferably with additional training in aesthetics, and demonstrate strong leadership experience in clinical or academic settings.

1. Position Title: Center Director

Job Summary:
The Center Director will be responsible for overall operational leadership, strategic planning, academic management, quality assurance, and team management of the training center. The Director will lead curriculum implementation, staff oversight, and student intake while ensuring high operational and rigorous medical safety standards, regulatory compliance and educational excellence across aesthetic and anti-aging training programs.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall administrative, operational, and clinical training activities of the center.

• Provide medical supervision and clinical governance for advanced aesthetic procedures and medical aesthetics training tracks.

• Lead the development of medically sound training manuals, clinical protocols, detail Curriculums, student/instructor handbooks, course outlines, Presentation slides, and lesson plans for the intended training.

• Supervise instructional staff, clinical trainers, and medical preceptors to maintain high standards of education

• Ensure strict adherence to national health authority regulations

• Manage student admissions, medical prerequisite verification, cohort scheduling, and clinical model/client sessions.

• Build professional partnerships with medical stakeholders, dermatologists, aesthetic product suppliers, and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications & Experience:
Educational Background:

• Medical Doctor (General Practitioner / GP) degree from a recognized institution

• Having a Certificate of training on Aesthetics and anti-aging from recognized training center is a plus 

• Proven leadership, clinical coordination, or managerial experience in a healthcare, clinical, or academic training environment.

• Strongly Preferred: Demonstrated ability to prepare comprehensive medical/aesthetic training manuals, clinical guidelines, course outlines, and lesson plans focused on aesthetic and anti-aging medicine. Also, Experience on Teaching/ training provision

• Exceptional clinical judgment, Client safety focus, and good communication skills.
