What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise the company's financial management activities.
• Prepare and monitor annual budgets, cash flow forecasts, and financial performance reports.
• Coordinate financial planning, cost control, and measures to improve profitability.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements and management reports in collaboration with the Finance Department.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and other relevant financial institutions.
• Monitor compliance with applicable tax laws, financial regulations, and internal financial policies.
• Investment decisions, and resource allocation.

Qualification

• Years of Experience: Minimum of four years of relevant work experience in construction or project management.
• Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
