Customer Service Representative – Customer Assessment

Job Summary

Virtual Equb PLC is looking for an energetic, reliable, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative who will be responsible specifically for customer and field/shop assessments (የደንበኞች ገበያ ጥናት). The role involves visiting customers’ business premises, verifying business information, collecting accurate data, and completing assessment reports within the required timeframe.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ business premises and conduct customer and field/shop assessments.
• Verify customer and business information through field visits.
• Collect accurate and complete data from customers and their businesses.
• Prepare and complete customer assessment reports within the required timeframe.
• Communicate professionally and respectfully with customers during field visits.
• Maintain the confidentiality of customer information.
• Report relevant findings and information collected during customer assessments.

Educational Qualification

• Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Education in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Good communication skills in Amharic and basic English.
• Ability and willingness to travel around Addis Ababa for field visits.
• Honest, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Previous experience in customer service, field work, or data collection is an advantage.
• Must have an own smartphone.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of customer information.
• Professional and respectful approach when communicating with customers.
