- Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation, strong fluency, and confident verbal communication
- Customer-oriented with a passion for helping people
- Good listening and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working flexible hours, including shifts and weekends
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong work ethic
No previous customer support experience? That’s okay! We’re interested in your communication skills, attitude, and potential.
