We are moving from paper patient charts to a digital dental management system. You will enter patient information and treatment records from handwritten charts into the system accurately and on schedule.
Enter patient details (chart number, name, age, sex, phone, allergies, history) into the system.
Enter visit records from paper charts: date, tooth/region, treatment, and payment amounts.
Flag unclear handwriting or missing information for the doctor instead of guessing.
Keep charts organized and return them to storage after entry.
Meet daily targets charts per day
