Bachelor’s Degree may be accepted only where the candidate has exceptional executive leadership experience in diversified business. Executive leadership training is highly desirable.

• Required Experience :  Minimum 12 years of progressive management experience, including at least 8 years in senior executive, general management, business leadership, banking, consulting or diversified enterprise leadership roles.

• Required Skill:  Executive leadership, strategic execution, cross-functional coordination, commercial judgment, people leadership, decision discipline, negotiation, performance management, risk escalation, reporting discipline and institutionalization capability.
