What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities:

Task Breakdown: 

• Oversee sales plan creation, new products and services, and team development, aligned with the bank’s strategy and objectives;
• Set comprehensive Branches goals for performance and growth;
• Effectively manage the Branches;
• Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics;
• Develop and propose revisions and improvements on the Deposit Mobilization Sales strategy and other functional strategies of the bank;
• Analyze needs, assess capacities, and propose to the product development team for any new banking services products and services;
• Work closely on daily basis to coach all Branches, especially underperforming units;
• Lead Branches Marketing and promotion activities, promote the bank’s image and strengthen its brand in the district.
• Continuously assess the work of Branches and propose changes and enhancements to improve results;
• Evaluate and measure Branches performance reports’ and take appropriate actions;
• Review and consolidate budget reports set by Branches;
• Evaluate the annual plans, and marketing and sales plans; prepare recommendations for revision or improvement

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

Years of Experience: 10/11 years of Relevant Banking Experience

Relevant Experience: 3/4 as a District Director/Manager.

Education & Certifications

Educational Requirements: Masters or First Degree in Accounting/ Banking & Finance /Management/ related fields.
