Job Requirements

• Education: Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Electromechanical Engineering, or related field.

• Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in machine installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, or technical service.

• Required Quantity: 1

• Work Location: Addis Ababa HQ, with frequent travel to agent/branch locations in different cities

• Joining Time: Immediately

Duties and Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test, and commission Color World/tinting machines at agent and branch locations.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of machines.

• Diagnoses and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, mechanical, and software-related machine problems.

• Install, update, and configure machine software and related applications.

• Repair or replace faulty electrical and electronic components as required.

• Provide on-site technical support to agents, branches, and users.

• Conduct regular machine inspections and ensure machines are operating properly.

• Train users on basic machine operation, cleaning, and routine maintenance.

• Maintain service, maintenance, installation, and spare-parts records.

• Coordinate with Sales and other concerned teams to resolve technical issues quickly.

• Travel to different cities to provide installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting support.

Skills & Competencies

• Good knowledge of electrical and electronic components.

• Good computer and software installation/configuration skills.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Amharic.

• Willingness and ability to travel frequently.

• Immediate availability is preferred.
