Job Summary:

• Financial & Loan Fund Management: Oversees capital structure, manages liquidity for loan disbursements, and formulates savings and credit mobilization policies.
• HR & Administration: Directs staff recruitment, training, compensation, and performance management, while overseeing institutional assets and general office services.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensures financial systems strictly comply with National Bank regulations and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
