What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities:

Task Breakdown:

• Monitor project and departmental costs against budgets and commitments.
• Review cost reports, invoices, purchase orders, and cost allocations.
• Analyze variances and identify cost risks or savings opportunities.
• Coordinate with project, procurement, and finance teams to maintain accurate cost forecasts.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

Years of Experience: 4-6 Years’ experience,

Relevant Experience: Experience in cost control, project accounting, or financial analysis, preferably in construction.

Skills:

Technical Skills: Cost accounting; budget monitoring; variance analysis; spreadsheet and ERP skills; data interpretation; cross-functional coordination; problem solving.

Education & Certifications

Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Cost Accounting, or a related field.
