About the Faith and Community Initiative

The Faith and Community Initiative (FCI), implemented by ADRA Ethiopia in partnership with WVIE, aims to strengthen integrated, community-based health services in Oromia. Through a hub-and-spoke model, the project connects faith-based and government health facilities, clinics and community posts to improve coordinated services and referrals for HIV, tuberculosis, malaria, maternal and child health, and mental health and psychosocial support. Implementation sites include Gimbi Adventist General Hospital, St. Comboni Health Center and Galiye Rogda. WVIE provides overall leadership and oversight, while ADRA Ethiopia leads project implementation, with a focus on community engagement, referral systems, safeguarding, accountability and health workforce capacity strengthening.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

Years of Experience: At least seven years of progressive financial management experience

Relevant Experience:  three years in a managerial role. Proven experience with donor-funded programmes (USAID, EU, DANIDA, BMZ or UN). 

Skills:

Soft Skills: Strong leadership, compliance and financial reporting skills.

Education & Certifications

Educational Requirements: Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
