RADISSON HOTEL CONSTRUCTION PROJECT – ADDIS ABABA
We are a reputable construction company engaged in the execution of a Radisson Hotel Project in Addis Ababa is looking for qualified, experienced, and motivated professionals to join its project team.
PROJECT LOCATION: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia – Radisson Hotel Project
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- Strong commitment to quality, safety, productivity, and project deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hotel construction environment.
- Ability to coordinate with engineers, consultants, subcontractors, foremen, and other project stakeholders.
- Professional attitude, discipline, and problem-solving ability.
- Knowledge of construction drawings and site procedures relevant to the position.
BSc in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field
3+ years
- Supervise and coordinate fit-out works including partitions, ceilings, flooring, tiling, painting, joinery, doors, cladding, and finishing works.
- Review drawings, coordinate
- MEP/architectural works, monitor quality and progress, and prepare site reports, RFIs, and inspection requests.
- Hotel/high-end fit-out experience highly preferred.
