• Listing summary: BA/BSc in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transport Management, Business Management or a related field, with a master’s degree considered an advantage. A minimum of six years’ experience in fleet dispatch, transport or logistics operations is required (four years if holding a master’s), with at least two years in a supervisory or managerial capacity, preferably within a heavy‑truck or freight transport company. Job Summary

The Fleet Dispatch Division Manager leads NTPLC's truck dispatch operation, making sure trucks and drivers are deployed efficiently and cargo is delivered on time, safely, and at a controlled cost.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all fleet dispatch operations and the dispatch team.

• Ensure efficient utilization and deployment of trucks and drivers against cargo demand.

• Develop dispatch schedules that support timely cargo delivery and customer commitments.

• Monitor vehicle movements, trip progress, and delivery performance using GPS/fleet management systems.

• Coordinate with Operations, Fleet Planning, Maintenance, Commercial, and Safety departments.

• Monitor fleet productivity, turnaround time, idle time, fuel usage, and operational costs.

• Set and track dispatch KPIs (on-time dispatch, turnaround, utilization, trip documentation accuracy).

• Prepare periodic dispatch performance reports and recommend improvements.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, transport regulations, and safety requirements.
