Job Description: As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our food and beverage outlets, ensuring high-quality service, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You will manage a talented team, develop strategies to increase revenue, and maintain the brand’s reputation for outstanding culinary experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily operations of all F&B outlets including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service

• Ensure exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction

• Develop and implement creative menus, promotions, and marketing strategies

• Monitor financial performance, control costs, and maximize profitability

• Recruit, train, and motivate F&B staff to deliver excellent service

• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards

• Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to ensure seamless operations

• Analyze customer feedback and implement improvements

• Uphold the brand’s standards and policies

Job Requirements

Hotel Management degree or Hospitality degree.

• Proven three years’ and above experience as a Food and Beverage Manager or similar role in a Star Rated Hotel

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Knowledge of financial management and budgeting

• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
