We are looking for a pragmatic, high-velocity Full Stack Developer who is comfortable building fast, modern user interfaces with Next.js and robust, secure backend architectures using Laravel. You will be responsible for developing scalable web applications, designing RESTful APIs, and ensuring seamless data flow between client and server.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Stack Feature Development: Build responsive, high-performance web applications and dashboards using Next.js (React) on the frontend and Laravel on the backend.

• API Architecture & Integration: Design, build, and document secure RESTful APIs or GraphQL endpoints in Laravel to power client-side interfaces and third-party services.

• Database Management: Design relational database schemas, write optimized SQL queries, and manage migrations and Eloquent ORM relationships in MySQL/PostgreSQL.

• State & Performance Optimization: Implement server-side rendering (SSR), incremental static regeneration (ISR), and efficient state management in Next.js for optimal Core Web Vitals.

• Authentication & Security: Implement secure authentication flows (Laravel Sanctum/Passport, JWT, OAuth), role-based access control (RBAC), and data validation best practices.

• Deployment & CI/CD: Manage application deployments, environment configurations, and version control workflows using Git, Docker, and cloud hosting platforms (e.g., Vercel, AWS, DigitalOcean).

Key Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional full-stack development experience, with a solid portfolio of deployed web applications.

• Frontend Expertise:

  • Strong command of Next.js (App Router), React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern styling frameworks (e.g., Tailwind CSS).

  • Understanding of component-driven architecture, hooks, and client/server component boundaries.

• Backend Expertise:

  • Proven proficiency in PHP and the Laravel ecosystem (Eloquent ORM, queues, jobs, middleware, and Artisan commands).

  • Experience designing scalable database structures in PostgreSQL or MySQL.

• Tooling & Infrastructure: Familiarity with Git workflows, REST API design principles, Postman/Insomnia for testing, and basic Linux server management.

• Mindset: Strong debugging skills, acute attention to UI/UX details, and the ability to work independently or collaborate smoothly in a fast-paced team.
