Job Overview & Description

The company is seeking a seasoned and hands-on General Foreman to provide direct on-site leadership and supervision over execution phases. The position location is dependent on our active project sites across regions. The successful candidate will oversee daily site activities, coordinate workforce and equipment deployments, enforce quality and safety regulations, and ensure timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

·         Provide direct leadership and day-to-day oversight of construction activities, trades, and labor forces across active project sites.

·         Read, interpret, and implement structural drawings, architectural layouts, reinforcement details, and site engineering specifications accurately.

·         Coordinate the distribution of construction materials, tools, and heavy equipment, minimizing waste and ensuring optimal utilization on site.

·         Monitor work progress against scheduled timelines, identifying potential bottlenecks or site discrepancies early and resolving them proactively.

·         Enforce rigorous quality control standards for concrete works, masonry, formwork, reinforcement, finishing, and structural repairs.

·         Maintain strict compliance with workplace safety standards, labor rules, and environmental regulations, ensuring proper housekeeping and PPE usage.

·         Prepare daily progress reports detailing completed tasks, workforce deployment, material consumption, and site constraints.

Requirements & Qualifications

·         Education: Diploma or Advanced Certificate in Construction Technology, Building Construction, or related fields (or equivalent technical training backed by extensive site experience).

·         Experience: 10 years and above of demonstrated, hands-on experience working as a General Foreman or Senior Site Supervisor on large-scale building, infrastructure, or civil construction projects.

·         Technical Competencies: Expert knowledge of construction methodologies, civil works sequencing, finishing procedures, safety protocols, and structural plan interpretation.

·         Soft Skills: Strong site leadership, authoritative command over labor management, high resilience under pressure, problem-solving capability, and absolute commitment to deadlines and construction quality.
