kas pharmaceutical is seeking an experienced Intermediate-Level Accountant with strong hands-on expertise in Peachtree Accounting (Sage 50) to step into the role of Head of Finance. This position requires a detail-oriented professional capable of overseeing day-to-day financial operations, maintaining accuracy in accounting systems, and guiding financial decision-making for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Management: Oversee all daily accounting functions, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.

• Peachtree System Administration: Maintain and manage all financial records using Peachtree Accounting software, ensuring accurate data entry and setup.

• Financial Reporting: Prepare timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, cash flow forecasts, and budget variance reports.

• Taxation & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with local tax laws, preparing and filing VAT, withholding tax, payroll tax, and other statutory returns.

• Payroll & Auditing: Manage payroll processing and coordinate internal/external audit procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Experience: 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience.

• Software: Advanced proficiency in Peachtree Accounting software is

• mandatory. Strong skills in MS Excel are also required.

• Knowledge: Sound understanding of local tax regulations, financial compliance, and standard accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).

• Skills: Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
