Job Summary
The HR Officer is responsible for supporting day-to-day human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This role ensures smooth HR processes and helps maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Recruitment & Onboarding Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates Coordinate hiring processes and job postings Conduct onboarding and orientation for new employees
- Employee Relations Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns Support conflict resolution and disciplinary processes Promote employee engagement and workplace culture
- HR Administration Maintain employee records and HR databases Prepare HR documents (contracts, letters, policies) Track attendance, leave, and employee data
- Performance Management Support performance appraisal processes Help implement training and development programs Monitor employee performance and feedback systems
- Compliance & Policies Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies Assist in updating HR policies and procedures Maintain confidentiality of employee information
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2–4 years of HR experience (varies by organization)
Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
