In this role, the Account Manager Intern will support customer engagement and business development activities, particularly those involving telecommunications operators in the East African market.

Key Responsibilities

• Support customer relationship management by helping establish and maintain strong relationships with major telecommunications operators.
• Contribute to customer satisfaction, mutual trust, and long-term business partnerships.
• Monitor telecommunications industry developments and market trends across East Africa.
• Help identify customer business needs, network requirements, and challenges.
• Support the development of solutions that address customer requirements and business objectives.
• Assist in identifying market opportunities and preparing sales plans.
• Participate in sales and business development projects from proposal development through deal closure, under the guidance of senior account managers.
• Support contract negotiations and sales growth initiatives.
• Help coordinate business activities, improve transaction efficiency, and ensure alignment between customer needs and company objectives.

Job Requirements

Educational Qualifications

Applicants should be recent graduates, preferably from 2026, in one of the following fields:

• Marketing
• Engineering
• Computer Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Computer Science
• Information Systems
