INTERNAL MEDICINE PHYSICIAN (INTERNIST)

• Diagnose and manage adult patients with internal medicine conditions.
• Take patient histories, perform physical examinations, and order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests.
• Prescribe treatment and follow up patients with chronic conditions.
• Refer patients to other specialists when needed.
• Keep accurate and confidential patient records.
• Follow infection prevention, patient safety, and medical ethics standards at all times.
• Work with nurses, laboratory staff, and other health professionals.
• Support the College's clinical training and teaching activities when needed.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) with specialty training (residency) in Internal Medicine from a recognized institution.
• Valid professional license from the relevant Ethiopian regulatory body.
• Minimum 1 years of relevant clinical experience as an internist.
• Strong clinical, diagnostic, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good computer skills (MS Office).
