Position: Junior Accountant

Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountants to support daily accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, and assist with reporting and reconciliation activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.

• Prepare and organize invoices, receipts, vouchers, and payment documents.

• Assist with bank reconciliations and financial report preparation.

• Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense tracking.

• Assist in preparing tax documents and other financial reports.

• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.

• Verify financial documents for accuracy and completeness.

• Assist with audit preparation and monthly and annual closing activities.

• Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Accounting and Finance, or a related field.

• Fresh graduates and applicants with up to 2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.

• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software.

• Good numerical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Honesty, attention to detail, willingness to learn, and ability to meet deadlines.

• Relevant experience in a commercial or trading company is an advantage.
