About the Position

The Junior Electrician will support the inspection, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems, motors, control panels, and other electrical equipment. The role helps maintain the safe and reliable operation of factory machinery and production facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical installations and equipment.
• Inspect electric motors, cables, switches, circuit breakers, contactors, relays, and control panels.
• Help identify and troubleshoot electrical faults in production machinery and auxiliary equipment.
• Conduct basic electrical tests and measurements using appropriate instruments.
• Assist with motor connections, wiring, replacement of electrical components, and equipment installation.
• Report electrical abnormalities, overheating, short circuits, and power-supply problems.
• Maintain electrical tools, equipment, and maintenance records.
• Follow electrical isolation and lockout/tagout procedures before carrying out maintenance work.
• Comply with electrical safety standards and factory operating procedures.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Applicants must meet one of the following requirements:

• BSc Degree in Electrical Engineering: No prior work experience required.
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering: At least two years of relevant work experience.
