Job Description

Central Hills Real Estate Development is seeking professional, confident, well-presented, and results-driven Junior Real Estate Sales Consultants to join its growing sales team.

The ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills, a proactive sales mindset, and a strong willingness to identify potential buyers, promote residential properties, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through outbound calls, networking, referrals, and active prospecting.
• Present and promote Central Hills residential properties to prospective buyers.
• Arrange client appointments, conduct property site visits, and follow up with potential customers.
• Build professional relationships with clients and convert inquiries into sales.
• Maintain accurate customer records and submit daily sales activity reports.
• Meet individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
• Communicate property features, benefits, and relevant information clearly to prospective buyers.
• Maintain regular contact with potential customers to understand their needs and support their purchasing decisions.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Location: Must currently reside in Addis Ababa.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Professional Appearance: Well-presented, with good personal grooming and a confident manner.
• Sales Skills: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, energetic, disciplined, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Lead Generation: Willingness to make calls, approach prospective clients professionally, and actively generate sales leads.
• Experience: Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage but is not mandatory.
