Sacon Trading PLC is looking for a motivated and results-driven Junior Salesperson to join our Local Sales Team in Addis Ababa.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and Marketing, or a related field

- 1–2 years of relevant sales experience

- Good communication, negotiation, and customer service skills

- Ability to identify potential customers and build strong client relationships

- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented

- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets

Main Duties:

- Identify and reach out to potential customers

- Promote and sell the company’s fruits and vegetables

- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers

- Follow up on orders, deliveries, and customer feedback

- Identify new sales opportunities and support local market expansion

- Prepare sales updates and reports

Location: Addis Ababa

Employment: Full-Time

Compensation: Basic Salary + Commission
