Position: Junior Shift Chemist (Injection and Polysheet)

Job Purpose

The Junior Shift Chemist (Injection and Polysheet) will be responsible for conducting routine testing and quality control of raw materials and finished products, monitoring production parameters, identifying quality deviations, and maintaining accurate laboratory records in accordance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

· Raw Material Testing: Check the quality and chemical properties of polymers, additives, colorants, and other materials.

· Product Quality Testing: Test injection-molded products and polysheets for appearance, thickness, strength, and other specifications.

· Process Monitoring: Monitor production parameters such as temperature, pressure, moisture, and material mixing.

· Laboratory Analysis: Conduct routine chemical and physical tests on raw materials and finished products.

· Quality Control: Identify defects, deviations, and non-conforming products and report them to the Senior Chemist or production team.

· Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Operate laboratory testing equipment and ensure proper calibration and cleanliness.

· Documentation and Reporting: Record test results, prepare quality reports, and maintain laboratory records according to company procedures.
