Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any field of study.
• Fresh graduates with 0 years of work experience are encouraged to apply.
• Cumulative GPA above 2.5.
• Successful completion of the national exit exam.
• Graduation year of 2025/26 or later.
• Age not more than 25 years.
• Ability to commit to the internship for 3–6 months.
• Willingness to learn and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to sign the internship program agreement.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship skills.
• Previous training or certification in sales, marketing, or customer service is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Selected interns will:

• Support customer engagement and relationship management.
• Develop product knowledge related to foam mattresses and plastic products.
• Assist in identifying and following up on sales leads and market opportunities.
• Participate in on-the-job training and professional development activities.
• Contribute to individual and team sales targets under the guidance of senior staff.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervising sales officer.
