KBEK Group invites qualified, organized and proactive candidates to apply for the position of Management Assistant – Office Management & Project Control.

The successful candidate will support head-office administration, management reporting and project performance monitoring, working closely with the Construction & Operations Manager and other departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate office administration, documentation and filing.

• Collect and consolidate weekly project progress reports.

• Track project schedules, planned versus actual progress, and upcoming activities.

• Follow up project deliverables, pending actions and reporting deadlines.

• Prepare management reports, tables, trackers and presentations.

• Support basic project cost tracking, payment documentation and budget monitoring.

• Coordinate information between head office, project teams and relevant departments.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Accounting or a related field.

• Relevant experience in office administration, project coordination, project controls or accounting is an advantage.

• Good computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Strong organizational, reporting, communication and follow-up skills.

• Ability to work with figures, schedules, documents and multiple projects.

• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
