Job Summary

The Marketing and Sales Officer is responsible for promoting the company’s aluminum products and finishing works services, identifying potential customers, generating sales opportunities, preparing quotations, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets to support the growth and profitability of the company.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Identify and approach potential customers, contractors, consultants, real estate developers, and construction companies.

Promote the company’s aluminum products, including aluminum doors, windows, partitions, curtain walls, and accessories.

Market finishing works services, including painting, gypsum works, ceiling installation, flooring, tiling, and other related construction finishes offered by the company.

Visit construction sites, offices, and project locations to identify new business opportunities.

Prepare sales proposals, price quotations, and promotional materials in coordination with the technical and estimation teams.

Follow up on submitted quotations, tenders, and ongoing sales negotiations.

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new customer networks.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.

Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, market prices, and emerging business opportunities.

Coordinate with the technical, estimation, procurement, and project teams to ensure accurate customer information and timely service delivery.

Maintain records of customers, sales activities, quotations, contracts, and follow-up activities.

Collect customer feedback and handle complaints professionally.

Prepare regular sales and marketing performance reports for management.

Participate in promotional campaigns, business meetings, exhibitions, and other marketing activities.

Perform other related duties assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

Relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably in aluminum works, finishing works, or the construction industry.

Knowledge of construction materials, aluminum products, and finishing services is an advantage.

Good communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills.

Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

Ability to prepare quotations, sales reports, and customer follow-up records.

Ability to meet sales targets and work independently.
