Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and well-organized Female Marketing & PR Manager to lead M8trix Hotel’s brand strategy, digital presence, and corporate outreach. She will be responsible for building brand awareness, managing social media campaigns, establishing B2B corporate partnerships around Addis Ababa, and maintaining strict quality control over all promotional materials.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute comprehensive marketing, branding, and public relations strategies for the hotel, restaurant, and café.

* Manage and grow the hotel’s digital presence across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, and Google Maps, overseeing content creation (Reels, photography, and copywriting).

* Establish and maintain B2B corporate relationships with banks, corporate offices, travel agencies, and local businesses to drive room bookings, corporate lunches, and event packages.

* Enforce strict brand governance and quality control over all outgoing advertisements, influencer collaborations, and sponsorships.

* Design and manage customer retention programs, promotional events, and seasonal campaigns.

* Track marketing performance metrics and present regular reports to the Management Board.

Qualifications & Requirements

Gender: Female applicants only.

* Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

* Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in marketing, digital media management, and B2B sales (experience in the hotel, hospitality, or event industry is a strong advantage).

* Demonstrated expertise in social media trends (especially TikTok Reels and digital campaigns), content direction, and brand presentation.

* Excellent negotiation, networking, and public speaking skills with a polished, professional appearance.

* Fluency in Amharic and English is required.
