About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Mechanical Maintenance & Engineering Associate to support the maintenance, operation, and improvement of our production equipment.

This position offers an opportunity to gain practical engineering experience by working directly with food manufacturing machinery and helping improve production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in routine maintenance and troubleshooting of production machinery.

• Support preventive maintenance planning and implementation.

• Help identify mechanical issues and coordinate timely repairs.

• Assist with equipment installation, testing, and commissioning.

• Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements.

• Maintain maintenance records and equipment documentation.

• Support safe machinery operation and efforts to minimize production downtime.

Qualifications

• Educational background in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.

• Basic understanding of mechanical systems, motors, pumps, and industrial machinery.

• Strong technical and problem-solving abilities.

• Interest in industrial automation and manufacturing processes.

• Willingness to learn through hands-on technical work.

• Commitment to workplace and machinery safety.
