Mon Real Estate Vacancy 2026 – 315 Sales Positions

Mon Real Estate PLC is hiring Sales Consultants and Sales Supervisors in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. The company is engaged in the construction and sale of commercial shops and residential apartments.

A total of 315 sales positions are available across the two roles.

• Sales Consultant

Number of Vacancies: 300

Location: Addis Ababa

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Economics, Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of proven sales experience in real estate or a related industry.
• Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and close transactions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of the Addis Ababa real estate market is an advantage.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or real estate is an added advantage.

Required Skills

Key Responsibilities

Sales Consultants will be responsible for:

• Identifying and following up with prospective customers.
• Presenting Mon Real Estate's residential and commercial property projects.
• Building and maintaining client relationships.
• Supporting sales activities and customer engagement.
• Working toward monthly sales targets.
• Negotiating and closing sales transactions.
• Sales Supervisor

Location: Addis Ababa

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, Business Administration, Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant sales experience.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Supervisor, Team Leader, Sales Coordinator, or in a similar supervisory role.
• Additional training or certification in sales, marketing, CRM, or leadership is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of sales management and customer relationship management.
• Good understanding of the real estate sales environment is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, leadership, and team-management skills.
• Good analytical and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
• Ability to work with sales targets, KPIs, and performance-based compensation structures.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Supervisors will support the management of sales activities and teams, including:

• Coordinating sales activities and sales teams.
• Monitoring sales targets and KPIs.
• Supporting customer relationship management.
• Tracking sales performance and preparing reports.
• Supporting team members in achieving sales targets.
• Applying sales management and customer relationship management practices.
