Job Summary

Top System Solution and Technologies PLC are seeking experienced and motivated Odoo ERP Implementation Specialists/Experts to join our implementation team. The selected candidates will play a key role in analyzing business operations, configuring Odoo ERP solutions, leading implementation activities, supporting client process transformation, and ensuring successful ERP adoption.

This role requires both strong functional understanding and practical implementation capability. Candidates should be able to understand client business requirements, translate operational workflows into ERP processes, configure Odoo modules, provide user training, and support clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Duties

Lead ERP technical implementation and support activities Analyze business requirements and provide technical solutions Maintain and improve ERP system performance and security Integrate third-party applications and APIs with Odoo Troubleshoot technical issues and provide user support Perform testing, deployment, and system upgrades Prepare technical documentation and training materials Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders Support junior developers and coordinate development tasks Salary &

Required Skills and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Information System, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Accounting & Finance, Business Administration, Industrial engineering or related fields

2–5 years of experience in Odoo ERP implementation or consulting

Strong understanding of business processes and ERP workflows

Practical experience configuring Odoo ERP modules

Good understanding of: Sales & CRM Operations, Procurement & inventory Management, Accounting and finance workflows, manufacturing & Operational processes and HR Payroll operations.

Experience in client communication, requirement gathering, and training

Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within project teams

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred

Qualifications

Odoo certification or ERP-related certifications

Experience implementing ERP systems for manufacturing, trading, NGO, retail, or distribution sectors

Understanding of Ethiopian tax, finance, and business operations

Experience working with multi-company or multi-branch environments

Basic knowledge of PostgreSQL, APIs, or ERP integrations is an advantage

Experience with business process reengineering and digital transformation projects

Ability to work under project deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively
