Experience Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in a relevant position in the banking industry.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Branch Manager I or in an equivalent position.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily banking operations to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely service delivery.

• Supervise teller and support staff, coordinate daily activities, and monitor operational performance.

• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, operational procedures, and established control measures.

• Monitor cash management activities and ensure the accuracy of cash handling, transactions, and reconciliations.

• Identify operational risks, strengthen internal controls, and take appropriate action to address discrepancies.

• Handle complex customer issues and support the resolution of service-related complaints.

• Review operational reports and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and minimise risk.

• Support staff development and ensure that employees follow established banking procedures and service standards.
