Job Requirements

• Education: Diploma (Level V) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field of Engineering.

• Experience: A minimum of 5 (five) years of direct relevant experience is preferred.

MAJOR PURPOSE

• Responsible for the operation & maintenance work of Bore well, Multi-Grade Filter, Softener, RO plant, Catpol system, UF system, UV, and Hot purified water loop system.

• Register and maintain all necessary documents of the above-mentioned plants & systems to meet regulatory compliances.

• Perform maintenance work, storage cleaning, and sanitization work as per the time schedule.

• Maintain all types of water quality as per SOP and GMP compliance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of all water system equipment & machinery.

• Coordinate mechanics and electricians regarding engineering works.

• Contribute towards improvement in systems and practices to ensure adequate care for water system machines and equipment.

• Contribute to purchasing and maintaining necessary spare parts.

• Maintain all machinery and equipment related to the water system.

• Handle filter replacement, sanitization of the RO plant/UF system, and regeneration of the softener/Catpol system.

• Maintain strict GMP compliance at all times.

• Weekly prepare and submit performance reports to the superior regarding work progress, practical problems, and suggested solutions, including plans for the next week.

• Request necessary materials required for water system equipment maintenance work.

• Ensure optimum utilization and handling of machinery spare parts.

• Ensure the upkeep and care of machinery & tools.

• Register all daily work in maintenance logbooks and GMP documents.

• Ensure that all safety regulations are strictly followed.

• Perform any activity related to qualification and experience as assigned by the supervisor.
