About the Role:

We are looking for motivated and confident Outdoor Sales Representatives to promote and sell our mobile application directly to customers. The role involves outdoor sales, meeting people, explaining the app’s benefits, and helping them register and use it.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell the company’s mobile application in different areas in Addis Ababa.

• Visit potential customers daily and explain how the app works.

• Help customers register and start using the app.

• Meet monthly sales and registration targets.

• Build good relationships with customers and collect feedback.

• Report daily sales activities to the team leader.

Qualifications:

• Minimum education: Grade 12 complete (Diploma or Degree is an advantage).

• Experience: experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Friendly, confident, and hardworking personality.

• Able to work outdoors and meet people daily.

• Basic smartphone knowledge and interest in technology.
