PARKING WORKER – የመኪና ማቆሚያ ሰራተኛ

Job Purpose / የስራው ዓላማ

To organize and manage the parking area, assist patients, customers, visitors, and employees, and ensure safe and orderly parking service.

የመኪና ማቆሚያ ቦታን በሥርዓት ማደራጀት፣ ታካሚዎችን፣ ደንበኞችን፣ ጎብኚዎችንና ሰራተኞችን መርዳት እና የመኪና ማቆሚያ አገልግሎቱ በደህንነትና በሥርዓት እንዲካሄድ ማድረግ።

Major Duties & Responsibilities / ዋና ዋና የስራ ኃላፊነቶች

• Direct vehicles to the designated parking areas and ensure orderly parking.
  መኪኖችን ወደተመደበላቸው የማቆሚያ ቦታ መምራትና በሥርዓት እንዲቆሙ ማድረግ።

• Assist patients, customers, and visitors with parking arrangements.
  ታካሚዎችን፣ ደንበኞችንና ጎብኚዎችን በመኪና ማቆሚያ ላይ መርዳት።

• Give priority to patient and customer parking areas.
  ለታካሚዎችና ለደንበኞች የተመደቡ የማቆሚያ ቦታዎች ቅድሚያ እንዲሰጣቸው ማድረግ።

• Monitor parking areas and prevent unauthorized parking.
  የመኪና ማቆሚያ ቦታዎችን መቆጣጠርና ያልተፈቀደ ማቆሚያን መከላከል።

• Ensure safe vehicle movement within the parking area.
  በመኪና ማቆሚያ ቦታ ውስጥ የመኪና እንቅስቃሴ በደህንነት እንዲካሄድ ማድረግ።

• Assist elderly, disabled, or patients who need additional support.
  አረጋውያንን፣ አካል ጉዳተኞችን ወይም ተጨማሪ እገዛ የሚፈልጉ ታካሚዎችን መርዳት።

• Report unauthorized parking, accidents, vehicle damage, or other incidents to the supervisor.
  ያልተፈቀደ ማቆሚያ፣ አደጋ፣ የመኪና ጉዳት ወይም ሌሎች ክስተቶችን ለኃላፊው ማሳወቅ።

• Coordinate with Security and GS when parking-related issues arise.
  ከSecurity እና GS ጋር በመተባበር የመኪና ማቆሚያ ችግሮችን መፍታት።

• Keep the parking area clean and organized.
  የመኪና ማቆሚያ ቦታን ንፁህና በሥርዓት መያዝ።

• Maintain professional and respectful communication with patients, customers, visitors, and employees.
  ከታካሚዎች፣ ከደንበኞች፣ ከጎብኚዎችና ከሰራተኞች ጋር በሙያዊና በአክብሮት መግባባት።

No-Tip Policy / የቲፕ ፖሊሲ

Parking service is provided as part of the company's service, and the Parking Worker does not receive or collect tips. The employee shall not request, demand, solicit, or pressure any patient, customer, visitor, or employee for tips or personal payment.

የመኪና ማቆሚያ አገልግሎት የድርጅቱ አገልግሎት አካል ሲሆን የParking Worker ሰራተኛ ቲፕ አይቀበልም፣ አይሰበስብም። ማንኛውንም ታካሚ፣ ደንበኛ፣ ጎብኚ ወይም ሰራተኛ ቲፕ እንዲሰጥ መጠየቅ፣ መግፋት ወይም ግፊት ማድረግ በፍጹም አይፈቀድም።
