PART-TIME HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS

New Leaf Medical Complex is inviting qualified and experienced healthcare professionals to join our team on a part-time basis. We are seeking clinically competent, reliable, and patient-centred professionals with practical experience in established hospitals or medical complexes.

Applicants residing within approximately 5–6 km of NLMC, Lebu – Musica Sefer, are strongly preferred to support accessibility, timely attendance, and flexible scheduling.

1. AICU/ICU Nurse
2. Operating Room (OR) Nurse
3. Emergency Care Centre (ECC) Nurse
4. Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Nurse
5. Oncology Nurse
6. Anaesthetist – MSc

Qualifications & Requirements

Nursing Positions

• BSc Degree/ Msc in Nursing from a recognised institution.
• Valid professional nursing licence.
• 3–5 years of relevant clinical experience in a hospital, medical centre, or specialised healthcare facility.
• Direct experience in the relevant clinical unit is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated competence in patient assessment, monitoring, clinical documentation, infection prevention, and patient safety.
• Strong teamwork, communication, professionalism, and patient-centred care.

Anaesthetist Position

• MSc qualification in Anaesthesia from a recognised institution.
• Valid professional licence/registration.
• Relevant hospital-based anaesthesia experience.
• Competence in pre-anaesthetic assessment, anaesthesia administration, patient monitoring, and perioperative care within the professional scope of practice.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Currently residing within 5–6 km of New Leaf Medical Complex, Lebu – Musica Sefer.
• Practical experience in a reputable hospital or medical complex.
• Available to work part-time according to an agreed schedule.
• Reliable, responsive, clinically competent, and committed to NLMC’s patient-centred service standards.
