PR and Promotion Officer

• Compensation: Monthly

Roles and responsibilities:

• Implement PR strategies to promote the company's projects and initiatives.

• Write contents and distribute press releases, media kits, and promotional materials

• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, journalists and bloggers in real estate

• Monitor media coverage and industry trends for positive exposure opportunities

• Organize events, including property launches, open houses, and community outreach

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align PR efforts with business objectives.

• Respond to media inquiries and manage crisis communication as needed

• Prepare reports on PR campaigns and media coverage for management team

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in public relations, promotion or other direct experience

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in social media platforms and PR tools

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Creative thinking and problem solving skills

• Knowledge of real estate trends and market dynamics is a plus
