Educational Qualification - B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology and Management
Experience - Minimum Total Work Experience in Construction projects: 10 Years, Minimum Min. Experience in road construction project: 8 Years & Minimum Specific Experience in Similar Positions: 3 Years.
Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from initiation to completion.
Prepare project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress, budget, quality, and deadlines.
Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, safety standards, and contract requirements.
Identify project risks and implement corrective actions.
Prepare progress reports and communicate with clients and consultants.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
