Promotion Officer

Job Summary

The Promotion Officer will be responsible for promoting and demonstrating company products, conducting promotional activities, supporting sales teams, and ensuring effective presentation of company products. The role also involves designing promotional and marketing materials, preparing artwork for printing, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of graphic design, marketing, and visual communication trends.

Job Description

• Promote and demonstrate company products to potential customers.
• Conduct promotional activities, product demonstrations, exhibitions, and field campaigns.
• Visit customers, retailers, distributors, and other relevant business locations as assigned.
• Support sales teams in achieving promotional and sales targets.
• Prepare regular activity and promotional reports.
• Ensure company products are properly presented and promoted.
• Design promotional materials including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, leaflets, product catalogues, and other materials.
• Design product labels, packaging materials, promotional displays, and other marketing materials as required.
• Prepare artwork for printing and ensure correct size, resolution, colors, and specifications.
• Keep up to date with current graphic design, marketing, and visual communication trends.

Skills and Qualifications

• BSc degree in Marketing Management & Related Field.
• Minimum three years of experience in related position.
• Must have a good understanding of graphic design and proficiency in designing promotional materials, marketing content, social media posts, banners, flyers, brochures, and other visual communication materials.
