Minda Business Group invites qualified and experienced candidates to apply for the following positions. Successful candidates will contribute to the company's coffee quality operations, vehicle and spare-parts sales, and office administration.

Employment Type: Full-Time, except where otherwise specified

Location: Addis Ababa and other operational locations, as required

Salary: Negotiable based on qualifications and experience

• Quality Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the activities of the Quality Subdivision.
• Oversee coffee quality assessment and control from field-level sourcing and pre-procurement activities through warehouse operations, preparation, and processing.
• Ensure consistent application of coffee quality standards, grading procedures, and quality-control

.

• Coordinate quality assessment activities with procurement, warehouse, preparation, and processing teams.
• Oversee laboratory operations, quality evaluation, and reporting.
• Review quality findings, identify quality-related issues, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Guide and supervise quality personnel to ensure consistent implementation of quality procedures.

Job Requirements

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Food Science, Natural Sciences, or a related field.
• Relevant practical experience in coffee quality management, assessment, and control.
• Good knowledge of coffee grading, cupping, defect identification, and quality-control procedures.
• Proven leadership and coordination skills.
• Ability to coordinate quality activities across field, warehouse, and laboratory operations
