Revenue Manager

• Listing summary: The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business, Economics or a related field (or equivalent COC) and advanced proficiency in revenue‑management systems, PMS, channel managers, forecasting, USALI reporting and Excel. Candidates must also be fluent in Amharic and English, with additional language skills considered an advantage.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

Years of Experience: Five or more years in revenue, reservations or commercial roles, including analytical leadership, in hospitality. Technical Skills & Systems in Revenue-management systems, PMS, channel managers, forecasting and USALI revenue reporting; advanced Excel

Skills:

Language Proficiency: Fluency in Amharic and English, spoken and written; an additional language is an advantage

Education & Certifications

Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business, Economics or a related field OR COC in Hotel Management / Revenue Management.

Certifications: NTQF Level V, Professional Certification & Licenses Revenue-management certification (CRME/CHIA) and USALI training preferred.
